Introducing sessions to improve people’s mental wellbeing, we will support you to get more physically active, help combat loneliness and build connections in a supportive environment.
This session is for people with low level mental health problems; who are struggling with loneliness, lacking in self-confidence; disengaged with statutory services; want to meet new people, try something different and friends and family are welcome to join in too!
This is funded through Community Vision Supporting Mental Health Fund
