We have a Board of Trustees who govern the Iron Foundation. There are currently five Trustees, each whom bring a specialism to the charity, this includes the Chair of Trustees.

The operations of the Iron Foundation are managed effectively and efficiently by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees ensure that the charity;

·      Meets the Charities Commission required standards

·      Manages administration and registration with Companies House

·      Utilises the Trustees skills to enhance the charity

·      Completes the external financial audit of accounts within timescales

·      Manages and monitors the finances of the charity efficiently and effectively

·      Meets the Capability Code of Practice (CCOP) standards, including allocating adequate resources
